How To Meditate With Crystals?

Meditation helps me ground myself and connect with the world around me. My meditation practice has changed over the years. Before I had my daughter I would sit and meditate for 20 minutes several times a week. I would do yoga in my living room prior to meditation.

However, once I had a baby everything changed. As a single parent I have limited alone time. So when she was a newborn I would meditate in the shower. Bathroom time was the only time I had alone. Once she got older then I taught her how to sit and meditate. 

I have been feeling like I need to make it a part of our daily practice so that we may align and ground ourselves. Work on our breathing techniques, especially since she is four years old and a highly sensitive child. 

Let me share with you some research I found about meditating with crystals. Meditation is part of performing energy work. You can begin your meditation practice 10 to 20 minutes a day. 

 How To Meditate With Crystals

How do I meditate? 

Sit quietly  in a comfortable position, in a place where you are unlikely to be disturbed. 

Hold an stone such as citrine or amethyst crystal in your gently clasped hands, which you place in your lap. 

Close your eyes and take 10 deep, full breaths, expanding the air fully into your chest. 

As you breathe, gently relax your muscles, starting at your head and working your way down your body to your feet. 

As you inhale, say to yourself, "I inhale peace." or another affirmation. 

Continue for 15 minutes. 

 Meditate With Crystals

Embrace the void, try not to attach yourself to the many thoughts that swarm your mind. Think about it as your thought popped up on a screen. Then you just let it go. Don't analyze or question it. Let it go. Go back to silence and void. 

Don't beat yourself up if you have done this a few meditation sessions. It takes time to create a new habit. 

Our vibration varies from day to day and situation to situation. I recommend you begin to learn the different forms of meditation, learn about frequency and vibration, as well as chakras. 

I believe a benefit of meditation is so you understand your energy and the energies of others.
