SHIPPING TIMING
within 3-5 days in USA and CA
Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days.
International: 10-21 days (Products are being shipped from New York. Covid might delay shipping.)
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

LOCAL SHIPPING
if you live in the Albany, NY area I do deliver to your door on orders with a minimum purchase of $35 within 1-2 days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
I will send you the tracking number of the items you ordered via email.
RETURN POLICY
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The products was purchased within the last 30 days.
- Products must be unsed with tag(s) and in new condition.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.herlove.co.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. You will have to send the product on our address and also you have to pay the shipping fee as well. Once we received the item after checking it if its meet the criteria that have been mentioned above. We will refund your money back.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products can be exchanged with the new ones you like. If you don't the like the item you ordered you can just send it back and get the new one. The above conditions will also be applied.
DAMAGED ITEMS
It happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.
